  1. One Response to “2 Questions about blood rpessure?”

  2. hello.first of all let's start with normal bp-systolic should be between 90-140 and diastolic should be between 60-90. now with that being said, if you have a family history with high blood pressure you are predisposed to having it but not guaranteed.

a nurse i have had patients with blood pressures ranging from 90/56 all the way to 142/80 and all are within normal range for their bodies.

your bp once a day for a week or two and see how it runs and record it for your records and you will have a baseline to go by. as for the short term remedies for lowering bp.

are no real quick fixes and anyone who tells you otherwise is sadly mistaken.

are steps to take to reduce but it would be a gradual thing unless you have a more serious conditionl.

your doc before taking drastic steps. lowering your salt intake and fatty foods will help, also try walking unless you have another condition that prohibits it. if you smoke–STOP or at least cut down.

underweight is not usually something that increases blood pressure, it usually causes it to be lower since you have smaller body mass. don't try the over the counter remedies at all until you talk to doc. i hope i helped.

can email me if you have anything else.

    wishes.
