Is my eating habit terrible?

ok,i cum bag frm impact at 6pm, habitation i'll do whatever exercise(cardio n coefficient upbringing for most 30 minits but sumtimes i don't coz im likewise lazy) ,bath n go 2 slp. i'll wkup at around 12am to 2am n take a bounteous “breakfast”. habitation i'll jz go around doin stuffs (yes,im quite nocturnal) bt sometimes i'll start insensible aftr dat.

at 8am,i'll wakeup n hv a reddened breakfast n habitation go 2 work, Nxt, for meal and throughout the period i'll jz take firm fruits and nakedness vegetables.

  2. You need consistent sleep.or you will get fat.

    body will be too stressed and unable to repair the damage from workouts if you aren't getting good sleep, and will start storing fat as a “survival mechanism”. So, it's not your diet.it's your sleep patterns.
