That's insane.
the first part, recip links don't help PR do the math.
they still might help your rankings a little bit (which should be the bottom line), they won't help your green bar move.
only exception is if one of the sites has much higher PR than the other, then the smaller site would see a slight boost and the larger site potentially could drop due to the leak. As for the AdSense part, you're an idiot. I fully expect to see a question in a few days that says “Why did I get banned from AdSense?”.
