Well you can certainly try it. It's not like they check behind you.
just fill out the application and put the address in. It's not like they check up behind you.
just give you 'in-state' status.
can claim residency for tuition purposes although I think that you have to provide a driver's license number or voter's registration, in addition to an address on the application. So it can be done.
