Is there anyway to intend this visit raised or who should i contact? this was a offense sentence but since he was already on promise when this incident happened he essentially desecrated his promise and did 7 months in county and prison.
though i got the no occurrence visit raised in suite the promise dept ease prefabricated it a information to not occurrence me modify though we are mated and i never requested some endorsement nor did i call the cops when this happened the edge did. we poverty to displace this promise information and not trusty how to do that.

His parole officer would have to make the recommendation to the trial judge that the order be lifted. I don't understand why the court hasn't notified the parole officer of that fact.
sure is some confusion there. He (not you) has to contact his parole officer and ask what the status of the order is. If the PO says it is still in effect then the information you got about it being dropped is false. It would be a good idea for him to make an appointment to see the PO and ask if it's OK for you to meet there at the same time.
