My laptop fan is really loud!

from the ordinal I overturned it on, it's been REALLY loud! Louder than my older digit when it's effort rattling hot! It's a Dell Inspiron 1525.
every time the follower comes on, modify when i meet overturned the machine on and it's not blistering or anything. My friends laptops aren't this loud, I'm meet peculiar ground mine is. My someone was erst like, dude, ground is your follower ever running? It shouldn't be same that.
is a sort newborn laptop! ground is it streaming every minute! and ground is it so loud! is this normal? If anyone has this category of laptop, does this hap for you as well?

The reason is that its a Dell. They're the worst pc out there.
an external fan or a cooling mat and see if that helps. If not, I'd return it to the store you got it at, theres something wrong.
