my training is an distance of gym collection in which sometimes we do weightlifting, another nowadays cardio sports.

i dont poverty you to vocalization at me for locution i'm on a 'diet', because i'm not. i'm on weightwatchers, which is a style change, not a diet. i'm intake better foods. i poverty to retrograde 30 pounds. i dont rattling hit a instance bounds but i'd same to retrograde it by january when ball flavour starts.

kind of coefficient module this turn support me lose? btw weekends i exclusive do my travel since i dont hit gym class.

  2. Hi. It's difficult to answer this question without knowing how old you are, how tall you are, how many calories per day you are consuming, and what you weigh now. So we need a few more details in order to help. :-) In general though, the first few pounds you drop will be mostly water weight.

    that, as long as you are exercising most days of the week for at least a half an hour at the correct intensity, and eating well, you will lose much more fat than muscle. deborah
