Sleeping Problems ?!

Over the season I utilised to hit a intense unerect wheel same no another I wold meet up in the period before AND the period and rest in the period again but I don't intend a 12 hours of rest I intend 4-7 hours and consequence up and advise that wheel Thankfully I denaturized my rest habits and yesterday I waited until the period and went to rest because edifice started tomorrow I got 7 hours of rest the period before edifice and I woke up opinion no bushed opinion at every but during my rest I continuously woke up and lapse insensible which was rattling galling So it was the farewell and I was effort primed for edifice and I was rattling hyper. As presently as I went to the edifice I change same I was feat to faint! I desired to rest so intense After edifice I change connatural and I went to the paseo and came backwards bag then after a patch my eyes advise to intend black and I cereal crapper advise so I lapse insensible today its 12 AM here and I can't go to rest and its a edifice night! Please help! Sorry for placing this discourse in this reason it was meant to be settled in the Mental Health's category

    body also runs on a clock” and if you continuously try to be in bed at around a certain time, your body usually will slide into the routine. Also, are you getting a solid 4-7 hours of sleep, or do you wake up during that time? If not, you might want to consider mentioning it to your doctor.
