I poverty to undergo if there is a climb I crapper move upbringing for

  2. Curling, target shooting, archery, fencing, and table tennis are all older player sports.

    of athletes in these sports are in their 50's so this would give you 25 years to train.

    the exception of target shooting, you need the physical skills at an elite level for these sports: Curling- Abdominals for sweeping. Archery-Triceps for pulling back on the arrow. Fencing- Shoulders, triceps, pectorals Table Tennis- Shoulders and pectorals Sailing-Hip Flexors
