It greatly depends on the level of impairment.
are games out there that even colorblind people or people with poor vision can enjoy, with large, clear objects on the screen and instructions transmitted via audio rather than printed on the screen.
games are more accessible than others for people with impairments, but some are just not even possible for them to play. I would say stay away from games with a lot of small text or small complex objects for people with poor vision, and games that require color recognition for people with colorblindness.
