It would be several steps. First, export your file to a .pdf. You can find free PDF maker programs that will do this or install Adobe Acrobat.
open the pdf in Photoshop or another image editing program that will open .pdf's. Save it as a jpeg. I do this to make .jpg state maps from a street atlas program that I then use on a website.
